Accessed by it's own private staircase you enter the gîte's principal room which is 50m2 in size (Overall size app. 80m2). Many people are immediately astounded at the huge original oak beamed suspended roof ! This is a specific type of construction which was practiced over 150 years ago for covering large spaces and is beautifully preserved.

In this principal room we have kept the vastness of the space open, and have separated it into sections, so that the overall look of the room has kept it's original aspect. The additions to this room have been created in an overall "Southern European" style.

The lounging area is ideal for viewing the entertainment systems, see one of our DVD's or just relax and listen to a CD while reading a book from our English/French library, Don't forget to bring some of your favourite music which you can play on our digital centre or you can plough through our English film library of over 300 films.

The American Kitchen is fully equipped for up to eight servings, a four burner gas stove, electric oven, full sized dish washer, three different ways to make coffee, tea pot, small quantity of starter commodities; pepper salt sugar etc..., fridge freezer, full sized electric oven, pressure cooker, and a range of other helpful items for your convenience.

Welcome pack : Upon your arrival you will find a welcome pack, which we thought you might like to receive after your car journey. The welcome pack consists of : coffee, tea, sugar, milk, seasonal goods, local products and a bottle of wine. You should however bring with you at least your first days meals, dependent on your expected arrival time.

Beds Bedding : One double bed 200 x 160 cm, Two single 190 x 90 cm. Cot and travel cot. Towels and Linen are included in the stay, one set per stay.

5th Guest : There is an easy to use electrical pump-up single bed available which allows for a 5th guest to stay (a small extra charge will be made for this person details on request).

Garden : Multiple eating nooks, expansive grounds, dominant views, terrace.

Pool : 10.2 x 4.5m  with quality double filtering system, large beach area with plenty of relax chairs.

Parking access : Private parking is situated at La Blache and for suitable vehicles on the property and is accessed by a country track.
